| Day 1: Los Angeles, CA - Sao Paulo, Brazil | |||||||||
Depart
Los Angeles for an overnight flight via Sao Paulo to Rio de Janeiro. |

| Day 2: Sao Paulo / Rio de Janeiro (B/L/D) | |||||||||
After
morning flight arrive at Sao Paulo airport, start with a leisurely drive
in the city’s towering skyscrapers and magnificent mansions along
the beautiful Residential district. Later, you will visit to the Government
Palace, Ipiranga Palace, Statue of the Bandeirantes, the royal garden
of European style, the Ibirapuera Monument and Parks. Take a flight to
Rio de Janeiro. |

| Day 3: Rio de Janeiro (B/L/D) | |||||||||
Today,
you will visit Maracana Soccer Stadium, the largest soccer stadium in
the world. In the evening you will be amazed by the color and rhythm of
Brazil at a lively Samba show. |

| Day 4: Rio de Janeiro - Iguassu Falls (B/L/D) | |||||||||
Today,
a two-stage cable car will take you to the summit of Sugarloaf to have
a better view of the Municipal Theatre, the Candelaria Church and Sao
Benito Monastery. Then will continue to the edge of Rodrigo de Freitas
Lagoon, which meets the Copacabana Beach. After lunch, visit H. Stern,
the second largest jewelry center in the world. In the evening depart
for your flight to Iguassu Falls. |

| Day 5: Iguassu Falls (B/L/D) | |||||||||
Iguassu
Falls is more spectacular than Niagara Falls. Today's excursion will be
made to the Itaipu Dam, a joint project between Brazil and Paraguay. |

| Day 6: Iguassu Falls (B/L/D) | |||||||||
IToday,
a whole day escorted walking tour to the Brazilian side of the falls through
path footbridges and belvederes. 275 cascades from a mile and a half long
crescent where torrents of water plunge down to the basin in cataract
230 feet high. All strategically placed to give the tourist the best view
allowing you to see each and every fall. |

| Day 7: Iguassu – Buenos Aires (Argentina) (B/L/D) | |||||||||
A
panoramic elevator can reach the bottom of the falls. In the morning,
visit the arboretum, the Bridge over Parana River in the Brazil-Paraguay
border. In the afternoon you will be transferred for your flight via Sao
Paulo to Buenos Aires, and arrive at midnight. |

| Day 8: Buenos Aires (B/L/D) | |||||||||
Today,
stroll the city of broad boulevards, sidewalk cafes, mansions and monuments
of Buenos Aires and visit the May Square, the Government House, the Boca
District and the famous Colon Opera House. In the evening, enjoy a famous
Tango Show and a luscious dinner at a typical restaurant. |

| Day 9: Buenos Aires - El Calafate (B/L/D) | |||||||||
Morning
fly to El Calafate. One of the most fabulous glaciers are located around
this city. After arrival, take an overland trip to Perito Moreno Glacier,
one of the world’s largest active continental glaciers after 30,000
years, and was declared Universal Mankind’s Heritage Site by UNESCO,
Because of its breathtaking beauty and its unusual behavior. It’s
also one of the eight world’s most mystery sceneries. Transfer to
hotel for overnight accommodation. |

| Day 10: El Calafate: Lake Cruise - Glaciers (B/L/D) | |||||||||
After
breakfast, enjoy a full day lake excursion along Lake Argentina to Upsala
Glacier. Upsala is the largest continental glacier in the Southern Hemisphere.
The height of its walls varies between 60 to 80 meters and it has an area
of 595 square km. View the 9000 feet tall Fitzroy Peaks from a distance.
Return to El Calafate. |

| Day 11: El Calafate - Buenos Aires (B/L/D) | |||||||||
After
breakfast, morning is at leisure. At noon take a flight along Beagle Channel
to Tierra Del Fuego (Land of Fire); arrive in Ushuaia – the southernmost
city in Argentina. Bus tours to Tierra del Fuego National Park. In the
park you can view over 400 kinds of moss, over 500 kinds of special flowers,
and millions of birds and animals. Take a night flight back to Buenos
Aires. (Simple dinner at airport because of tight schedule) |

| Day 12: Buenos Aires - Los Angeles | |||||||||
Your
full-day voyage out of the city brings you to the vast Argentine Pampas.
Enjoy the native dance. You can tour the grain plantations and see horseback
and carriage rides, experiencing the local traditions and the daily life
of the Gauchos. Watch their folkdance & tango shows, attract by their
beautiful costumes, meet with the friendly people. In the evening, you
will be transferred for your flight to Los Angeles. |

Today
your homebound flight will bring you back in the morning to complete this
pleasant trip! |
