Day 1: Los Angeles - Santiago

Depart Los Angeles for an overnight flight to Santiago, Chile.
Day 2: Santiago (B/L/D)
Morning arrival in Santiago this morning. Warm welcome and greeting from our professional guide. We will start this tour from San Cristóbal Hill, afterward; we will visit the government palace (called La Moneda), Plaza de la Constitución (The Constitution Square), Plaza de Armas, The Cathedral, the Main Post Office Building, and Santa Lucia Hill (where the foundation of Santiago took place in 1954). We will cross the Mapocho River to the new residential areas with beautiful houses, parks and shopping centers. Having dinner and appreciating a local show in Chilean restaurant. Overnight.
Day 3: Viña de Mar y Valparaíso (B/L/D)
After breakfast, departure to Viña del Mar Passing through the fertile valleys of Curacaví and Casablanca, where we will see the vineyards; in the way, we will visit Vineyard Veramonte, where we will known their production and tasting of their best wines. Once we arrived to Valparaiso, we will see the whole development of the port of Valparaiso. Afterward, we will cross the Congress building, Central Market, Plaza Sotomayor monument to the naval heroes of Iquique 1879. Lunch in a restaurant in front the sea. Continuing with the tour to Viña del Mar, visit the flower clock, Casino, beaches of Reñaca, Concón. Returning to Santiago visit Fonck museum (the museum includes an interesting exhibition of Easter Island). Returning to Santiago having dinner in Chinese restaurant. Overnight.
Day 4: Santiago - Punta Arenas - 5 Days - 4 Nights MS Mare Australis Cruise (Dinner on Board)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to airport for flight to Punta Arenas, a Chilean city along the famous and mysterious Straits of Magellan. During the flight, you will see the indomitable Andes Ranges, dark green plain, deep blue lakes and ice-capped Villarica volcano. On the right side, it is the Magellan Strait with archipelagoes dotted in the channels; on the left hand side, it is the Patagonia.


Before arrival, passengers will find one of the exciting tourist attractions, Torres del Paine. Punta Arenas is a city with 150,000 inhabitant; most of them are the descendants of Span, Yugoslavia, German and Italy; and is the southernmost city of Chile, overlooking the Straits of Magellan. Meet arrival and transfer to the pier where MV Mare Australis docks for registration.

Day 5: Cruise: Ainsworth Bay - Marinelli Glacier - Tucker Islet (Meals on board)
With the first light of dawn, navigation will continue through Almirantazgo Fjord. We will disembark at Ainsworth Bay near Marinelli Glacier, where we will take a walk to tour the Beaver Dam and Magellan Forest. Passengers will see a colony of sea elephants at close encounter. In the afternoon, you will approach Tucker Islet with a zodiac boat ride to the shore to admire a small colony of Magellan Penguins. You can also see other bird species such as Skuza and Cormorants. The presence of dolphins and sea lions are likely in and around this water.
Day 6: Cruise: Beagle Channel - Pia Glacier - Glacier Alley (Meals on board)
This morning the ship cruises through the water of O’Brian Channel, Desolation Bay and Balleneros Channle. Then enters into the Beagle Channel. We will navigate the main part of the Beagle Channel to enter Pia Fjord and disembark near the glacier of the same name. We will take an excursion to a look-out point that is ideal for viewing the impressive snow-covered mountains of the Darwin Range where the glacier originates, and its flow all the way to the sea. After this unforgettable experience, we will sail again along the northwest arm of the Beagle Channel through the magnificent “Glacier Alley”: Spain, Romanche, Germany, Italy, France and Holland glaciers.
Day 7: Cruise: Beagle Channel - Murray Channel - Cape Horn (Meals on board)
We will sail through the Beagle and Murray Channels to disembark at Cape Horn National Park. Cape Horn, a sheer, almost 425-meter-high promontory, where the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean merge, was discovered in 1616 by the Dutch commercial expedition organized by Isaac Le Maire. The Cape owes its name to the Port of Hoorn (Dutch for Horn), the expedition’s departure point.
Day 8: End of Cruise - Tierra del Fuego (land of Fire): Ushuaia - El Calafate (Breakfast on board, Lunch & Dinner)
In the morning, the ship arrives and docks at Ushuaia, the most important Argentine city in Tierra del Fuego, and the southernmost city in the world. Passengers will disembark at 8:00a.m. Ushuaia is on the shores of the Beagle Channel and surrounded bythe Martial Mounts. It is the provincial capital of Tierra del Fuego and is a very important and of Argentina. Visit the Tierra del Fuego National Park after meeting service at the pier. Tierra del Fuego is a place of extremes: the world's southernmost national park accessible from the world's southernmost city. This park is Argentina's only coastal national park, and water is a prime attraction: fishing, kayaking, maritime wildlife, stunning fjords, transcendent seascapes. The coastal wildlife is rich and diverse, many sea birds, seals and walruses. In the interior, North American beavers, Arctic reindeer, and European rabbits, the native duck and geese, and their natural predators, native foxes, etc… After lunch, transfer to airport for departure to El Calafate. Meet arrival and transfer to hotel.
Day 9: El Calafate - Lake Argentino - Upsala Glacier - El Calafate
After breakfast, enjoy a full day lake cruise excursion along Lake Argentina to Upsala Glacier. Upsala is the largest continental glacier in the Southern Hemisphere. The height of its walls varies between 60 to 80 meters and it has an area of 595 square km. View the 9000 feet tall Fitzroy Peaks from a distance. Return to El Calafate.
Day 10: El Calafate - Buenos Aires (B/L/D)
After breakfast, overland trip to Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the world’s largest active continental glaciers after 30,000 years, and was declared Universal Mankind’s Heritage Site by UNESCO, Because of its breathtaking beauty and its unusual behavior. It’s also one of the eight world’s most mystery sceneries. Then depart for flight to Buenos Aires. Dinner on board the flight. Transfer to hotel for overnight accommodation.
Day 11: Buenos Aires - Gaucho Ranch - Buenos Aires (B/L/D)
Your full-day voyage out of the city brings you to the vast Argentine Pampas. Enjoy the native dance. You can tour the grain plantations and see horseback and carriage rides, experiencing the local traditions and the daily life of the Gauchos. Watch their folkdance & tango shows, attract by their beautiful costumes, meet with the friendly people. Enjoy the famous Argentine wine together with the favorite barbecue meals – the barbecued beef is one of the best in the world. After a sumptuous barbecue lunch, you can relax and wonder around the acreage to see the livestock and grain plantations or take a carriage ride on your own expenses. In the evening return to Buenos Aires.
Day 12: Buenos Aires - Los Angeles
In the morning Sightseeing includes a stroll the city of broad boulevards,sidewalk cafes, mansions and monuments of Buenos Aires and visit the May Square, the Government House, the Boca District and the famous Colon Opera House etc…In the evening transfer to airport for departure to Los Angeles.
Day 13: Los Angeles
Arrive in Los Angeles Complete this pleasant trip!
