| Day 1: Los Angels to Guatemala. Transfer
to Antigua. Antigua City Tour (Historic Center) (L, D) |
| The flight takes off in midnight for
flying 4 hours and 45 minutes, arrives in early morning. Upon arrival to
Guatemala City you will be met by STP Guatemala staff for the transfer to
Antigua. Antigua City Tour. Stepping in Antigua is like stepping back in
time… cobbled stone streets, sprays of bougainvillea bursting from
crumbling ruins, pastel façades under terracotta roofs, parks with
fountains & a dramatic setting surrounded by three volcanoes: Agua,
Fuego & Acatenango. These are one of the reasons why Antigua is one
of the most beautiful colonial cities in the Americas & declared by
UNESCO as “Cultural Heritage of Humankind”. Guided visit to
Antigua’s Historic Centre, starting from the Main Plaza and visiting
the main monuments of the city. |

| Day 2: Chichicastenango (B, L, D)< |
| Departure to Chichicastenango, where
you will see the most colorful and picturesque outdoor market in Guatemala,
where every Thursday and Sunday locals from the region, gather to buy and
sell fruits, vegetables, flowers, grains, animals, textiles and handicrafts.
Relevant is the visit to the Santo Tomás Church, where the Maya-Quiché
pray to their gods according to the old Maya traditions. In the afternoon,
return to Antigua. |

| Day 3: Pacaya Volcano (B, Box Lunch, D) |
| In the morning we head towards
the pacific coast to climb the Pacaya Volcano (2,500 masl) which is an impressive
active volcano, Stromboli type. The Pacaya Volcano is one of the 33 volcanoes
in Guatemala, located between the “departamentos” of Escuintla
and Guatemala. Upon arrival to the town of San Vicente Pacaya, we continue
through El Cedro village and arrive to San Francisco de Sales from where
we begin our climb of approximately 1.5 hours until arriving to the top,
where lava rivers have invaded the landscape. Continue to Guatemala City. |

| Day 4: Guatemala City Tour (B,
L, D) |
| Guatemala City is a charming
city both in the modern part as well as in the historical downtown. The
tour begins with a visit to the National Museum of Archaeology, where you
will admire one of the most important collections of pre-Hispanic ceramics,
stone, carved monuments, and the jade hall. After the visit we will take
you for a panoramic tour to the historical downtown, featuring the Cathedral,
Main Square, Civic Center, Residential Zones. |

| Day 5: Guatemala to Los Angels
(B) |
| At the specified time, transfer
from the hotel to the airport for your flight back home. |
