Deposit |

A
non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required at the
time of confirmation of the reservation. Reservation will
automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received
by APF Travel within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation.

Payment |
| |
|
Final
payment of the total tour fare is due 60 days prior to your
departure date. If payment is by credit card, we will charge
the balance at the time of ticketing (approximately 30 days
prior to departure date) plus a 4% merchant service fee. If
your payment is not received by the due date, the reservation
will be subject to cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.

The
following fees will be assessed per person accordingly when
you cancel your reservation: |

Tour
is non-refundable within 48 hours of tour departure. |
| |
|
Written
notice of cancellation must be received by APF Travel either
by mail, fax, or email. Oral cancellation by phone will not
be acceptable. |

In
addition to the above stated cancellation charges, if tickets
for airlines, cruises or trains have already been issued or
final confirmation has been received at the time of cancellation
(regardless of number of days prior to departure), the traveler
will be assessed an additional airline, cruise line, or train
cancellation penalty and service charge pursuant to the suppliers’
rules and regulations. APF Travel reserves the right to issue
airline tickets immediately upon receipt of your tour deposit. |

Unused
Tour Features |
| |

Any
unused tour features either on air transportation or for land
arrangements are not refundable or exchangeable. |

Tour
Price |
| |
|
All
tour prices are in US dollars and based on tariffs and rates
of currency exchange in effect at the time of printing. These
rates are subject to change as deemed necessary and fair by
APF Travel. If the total number of tour members should fall
below six persons, APF Travel reserves the right to cancel
the tour. |

Guarantee |

Your
tour price is guaranteed once APF Travel has received your
full payment. Only currency surcharges, flight schedule changes
which require additional nights and cost to be added to the
package and deviations from origial itinerary at the request
of the entire tour group will result in an assessment to each
passenger. |

Nonrefundable
Tickets |
| |
|
Unless
traveler is notified otherwise, all air, train, bus, and cruise
tickets purchased are nonrefundable after issued. Please contact
your agent for penalty and fare rules regarding any changes
to issued tickets. |
| |
Health |
| |
|
To
ensure the smooth operation of the tour, we recommend that
travelers be in good health. Please consult with your physician
regarding your wellness and ability to travel long distances.
Any physical or mental disability which requires special treatment
or attention must be noted at the time of reservation. APF
Travel reserves the right to exclude travelers who are physically
or mentally unfit to undertake long trips in the interest
of the whole tour group. |

Baggage |
| |
|
Baggage
is carried at the traveler’s risk throughout the tour.
Baggage allowance differ between airlines so please check
with each airline for restrictions. Excess baggage charges
and insurance are at the traveler’s responsibility.

Travel
Documents / Tickets |
| |
|
In
general, all travel documents will be sent to you 21 days
prior to departure via priority service. Overnight delivery
can be arranged at additional cost. If we obtained entry visas
for you, your passport will be sent with your travel documents. |

Passport |
| |
|
All
travelers’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months
from the return date of your trip. Please consult with your
travel agent if you have a non-US passport. |
| |
Visa |
| |
|
Travelers
must obtain their required visa prior to tour departure.
APF Travel is not responsible if you are denied entrance
for any reason to anycountry, even if you have a valid passport
and visa. |
| |
Natural
Disaster, Political Unrest & Acts of God |
| |
|
In
the event of natural disaster, political unrest and acts of
God, APF Travel will make best efforts to assist travelers.
In such events, airfare, cruise fare, tickets and train fare
are NOT refundable and APF Travel is not liable in any way
to procure any refund from these suppliers. |

|
|
| Responsibility: |
| |
APF
Travel, Inc., as tour operator, acts only as an agent for
contracted services. All travel arrangements included in this
trip are made on traveler’s behalf upon the express
condition that neither APF Travel nor its agents shall be
liable or responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence
for any direct, indirect, consequential, or irregularity of
any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or
omission of any person or entity, including without limitation,
any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party
such as an airline, train, motorcoach, private car, cruise
vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing
provider, local groundhandler, etc., which is to or does supply
any goods or services for this trip. Traveler understands
that APF Travel neither owns nor operates such third party
suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly
and only with those suppliers and not hold APF Travel responsible
for their acts, omissions or commissions. Without limiting
the foregoing, APF Travel and its agents are not responsible
for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes of schedule,
over booking of accommodations, default of any third parties,
sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism,
force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances,
war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal
activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such
losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the traveler. |

APF
Travel accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality
or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour or for
any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements. APF Travel
reserves the right to decline to accept, or retain any person
as tour participant, should such person’s health, mental
condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede
the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment
of other tour participants. |

APF
Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels, alter the
itinerary, change any portion of the tour and make any other
alteration for the convenience of tour operation. APF Travel
reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for
any reason. Liability for such cancellation is limited to
full refund of money received by APF Travel and this will
constitute full settlement with the tour member. |

Baggage
is carried at traveler's risk and baggage insurance is recommended.
APF Travel is not responsible for typographical or printing
errors, or omissions in its marketing materials and website.
APF Travel accepts no responsibility for extra traveler costs,
which may occur as result of a traveler failing to secure
adequate insurance coverage, which coverage is highly recommended.
Generally, your health insurance does not cover expenses outside
your home country. APF Travel is not responsible for traveler’s
visa or passport requirements, nor will a refund of unused
services be made, nor reimbursement of any additional expenditure
if a traveler is denied entry to a country for this or any
other reason. |

The
general conditions under which you agree to utilize the services
of APF Travel may not be amended in any way, except in writing,
by an authorized officer of APF Travel. By utilizing the services
of APF Travel, you agree that the exclusive venue for all
claims shall be the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
and such claims shall be determined according to the laws
and jurisdiction of the State of California. |

The
issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent
to these terms and conditions. |
